The restaurant looked fine. The employees were nice, other than the fact that they had trouble figuring out how to correctly ring up the order. My family went for dinner here, and we ordered famous bowl combos. The employee looks at my mother and says do you want it without the drink? She says no we want the combo with the drink. I don't know the server's name ,but she was so polite and didn't rush me. I really appreciate how she explain grilled chicken menu.Very professional and patient. All of the workers was engaged in their work and this KFC was clean. This occurred on Wednesday about 12:30.

This KFC in Germantown TN was awful. The restaurant is really dirty. The girl at the counter was not friendly or helpful. and the food was terrible. This is not a KFC we would eat at again or recommend it. Ugh!
