Staff are nice, food is trash. Every time I eat KFC I feel terrible the rest of the day. I only go here if I'm desperate and there's no better options. And it costs way too much. For as cheap and unhealthy as this food is, you'd think it would be cheaper.
Disappointing. I ordered 2 - 3 piece chicken dinners. 1 with mashed potatoes and gravy, with cole slaw. The other green beans and macaroni and cheeseSo I start eating the chicken leg, while hubby is driving . Get home open the green beans eat one by hand, no problem. But once I sit to eat , I notice a black spot on the green beans. A dam Roach cooked into the beans. Trashed food immediately afterwards, sickening

The customer service here was good but the chicken was way under par all they had available was original or spicy and the original was too dry and the batter not thoroughly fried. They also got my side item wrong the first time and handed me a to-go bag on a dine-in order. The Mac and Cheese however was some of the best I've ever had from a KFC and that says a lot. The lobby wasn't taken care of and the bathrooms were bad enough that I relieved myself elsewhere.
