Time: 2:40am0/24For whatever reason, the lady on the radio with the glasses told me that it would be“15 mins on the grill” I’m not sure what that means but I pulled around after she made me get out of line, just to find everyone sitting in the lobby not doing anything.This is the only Krystal’s in my area that’s 24hrs.They turned away at least 15 customers as I’m tying this review.Worst customer service ever!!!!

Went through the drive thru. Place my order and was told to pull forward. Wait almost 15 minutes before I got my food. Then my order was not right. I ordered 6 regular krystals and they put cheese on them. I could not check and see if I got charged for them because I was never given a receipt. I was not asked if I wanted my receipt.This is not the first time this has happened to me at the same location. I will NOT be back to that location. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

I visited here early Sunday morning 1/28/24 the young lady was very rude to me. This is starting to be a trend in Memphis. I will not ever spend a cent here again.

The lady who took my order was fast and friendly. I asked for no mustard, and she repeated it back at the speaker. She also verified it at the window, so I know she was doing her job. However, one of her coworkers was not as attentive since my Krystals both had mustard. I was on my way to the airport, or I would have gone back. I'll go back, but I'll double check my order before I leave.
