Have been going here almost for almost a month, like everyday lol. By far the best salad I've ever had and the owner is a pretty cool guy. The chicken is prepared in front of you. Do yourself a favor and try it j*** style!
only giving 4 stars because I have been trying to get a delicious j*** chicken salad for about a month now and every time I drive by, they are closed ?I really hope this gets a response.

Best salads in Memphis. I haven't been disappointed yet. I order the Spanky Chef Salad. My 1st visit we ordered 2 had enough for 2 days. This is at least my 6 visit now I only order 1. We both eat & may have a little the next day. Fast service , large portions & great people. Hats off to chef LaMichael.They also give discount if you say Where Black People Eat
