I love ethiopian food and found this gem while visiting Memphis. The owner was so sweet and manages the grocery store attached. The food was amazing. Will definitely return to visit on my next trip to Memphis.

Lamb Wet was super delicious! So much spice & flavor to the meat. The vegetables fit the meal perfectly and was just what was needed along with their signature bread that you can't get anywhere other than an Ethiopian restaurant. Definitely will be back!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The Njera (pancake looking bread) is fresh and delicious. My favorite is always the vegetarian options but the meat items are good too. The place is lovely and unique. Please be aware that the custom is to serve everyone's plates in the same dish, However this time they did ask us if we wanted it separate, and of course the respectful and culture aprópiate thing to do is to keep it as it's traditionally served, snd eat together. I had their freshly homemade coffee, was very yummy, no need for cream.
