The best brewery in Memphis. They make a variety of styles and absolutely nail all of them. I'm a big fan of their pilsners, German style and Czech style. They also make amazing sours, IPAs and a variety of dark beers. The space is like a German beer hall with plenty of seating and room to hang out. The owners and staff are so kind and helpful. We had a great experience here, and most importantly, the beer was good!! The Hopper Bolic IPA was up to the standards for us fussy New Englanders!All staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The tap room is large, and very cool.Best part was chatting with our sever Mary, who is also an actress. She gave us much insight into the television industry, as well as stories of the shows she's been in. She made the whole evening for us!Favorite brewery in Memphis for us.

We went to four different breweries in one night while visiting Memphis and the Soul and Spirits Brewery was hands down the best. They have the most variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks at great prices, and the staff are super friendly!
