The Arcade is always good and there's always too much food on the plate. Sweet potato pancakes are the best!Dietary restrictions: Very limited options, but that's not really their forte, so deal basically.Parking: Good luck.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, but apparently no kids size milkshakes.

I only love it because of Mystery Train.I would leave the place as it was. Too many portraits and stuff that doesnt belong. Also take down the LOVE thing on the building. And play elvis or old music. Maroon 5 doesnt really add anything to the place.Just my opinion. I wish I owned this place ?Thanks for keeping it alive tho.

The food was so very good. We sat at the counter which was a great experience. Service lapsed a little bit, but nothing too painful. Would highly recommend.

The waitress didn't write the order down . It came out wrong ,,,,,, shocker !!!!!!! Was missing missing half our order. Ate with pre packaged plastic forks and knives , had really hight hopes for our last meal here in town before a 7 hour ride home. Was let down . The food that we did did was very good though , won't deny it that
Go straight to the last table and sit in Elvis' seat. The Arcade has the honor of being the oldest cafe in Memphis. Speros Zepatos founded the diner in 1919 after immigrating from Kefalonia, Greece. Situated on the corner of South Main Street and G.E. Patterson. In 1925, Speros tore down the wooden structure and built the Greek Revival-style Arcade Building, complete with retail stores to represent the “Arcade” name.

If you are looking for a shiny clean spot, you're out of luck. The floor was buffed right after Elvis died. The paint is tired and everything needs help. Food has been good in the past.

Ordered the fried peanut butter and banana sandwich, after waiting almost an hour the rest of our food came to the table and then we were told they were out of bananas...why'd it take an hour to figure that out?

Couldn’t wait to get homemade chicken and dumplings. Big mistake! They’re worse than what you get from a can. This was a special for the day. It came with 2 sides and a desert. I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy for a side. They don’t have any. Our waitress was new and didn’t even know what sides they had so I asked for just a bowl of chicken and dumplings. When the food comes, it’s not hot and they bring me the special without the sides. the table hadn’t even been cleaned before we sat down. My friend had an omelette and biscuits and gravy. Biscuits and gravy were good. Didn’t have sweet tea so we had to wait for them to make some. Get food and don’t have silverware. Had to ask for that and the tea once it was made. Saw other people having to wipe their tables off because they had not been cleaned before being seated. I guess the waitresses are expected to clean the tables and wait on people. Go to check out and they have charged me for the special AND mashed potatoes and gravy! They didn’t even have a way to charge me for just the chicken and dumplings. Very disappointed in this place. Definitely a tourist trap! Stay away!!!
