Food was pretty good, but the server we had was never around while all of the others were buzzing around to their tables to see what they needed. Ours finally stopped by our table of three 15 minutes after we sat down to take our drink and food orders. Drinks were brought and then that was it. A food runner brought our food in a reasonable time and halfway through eating, our server emerged from her cocoon to ask if it was good, then evaporated until 20 minutes after we had finished...read full review
The atmosphere combined with the historical significance related to Elvis and his love of The Arcade was the best part of the visit.The food was just ok. My sandwich wasn't trusted on both sides so one side was soggy and my happens were ice cold. Probably not an issue with the kitchen, but instead with the servers as their attention to customers was severely lacking. I say for almost 5 minutes with an empty coffee mug before my food came and finally had to flag down a waitress...read full review
