We make it a point to eat at restaurants across the Memphis area, and I think this may be the best dinner in the city. I dig the vibe of the place and our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food was interesting, inventive, and approachable. From the pork belly clear through the cilantro cake (don’t knock it until you try it), it was fabulous.
Absolutely delicious food, very creative menu. I never thought vegetables could be this sophisticated and taste so amazing. I will definitely come back for the cauliflower and the teres major.
