Lots of folk that frequent Top’s don’t post. A different breed. But me, of that flock does/do. For some time now, months. My burger bun is WET in areas. That is not good. I’ve been trying to figure out what it could be causing that soggy part of the bottom part of the bun. SOMETHING IS IN WATER to keep it moist perhaps. ONION I’m thinking! Something has to be done. I don’t want a wet dough bottom bun.

I purchased this yesterday….This bbq so ?compared to Southaven tops, I ordered double burgers, ribs that fall off the bone, and brisket sandwiches… I had to come back and order again so ?… gotta try the nachos and chilli cheese fries today… they got me in and out little wait time… kudos to the workers on 03/06/2024… this is now my new bbq spot…
