not even close to being the best bbq. not sure who rated this bbq, but should try bbq form my area. like " fat man's bbq" in poteau, ok. or "wild horse mountain" in sallisaw, ok. now they have bbq!

Staying at pilot next door and couldn't resist some bbq in walking distance. I got the large pulled pork sandwich with slaw and baked beans. The sandwich was very good. Tender, sweet, slightly tangy. The beans were ok, could have used more flavor for sure. The slaw was the weirdest shade of yellow and unlike anything I have ever had, not really my thing. Definitely would try again, but I would get the potato salad instead of the slaw for sure.

Very tasty and messy! Just like BBQ was meant to be! You can taste the briquettes and the potato salad perfect. No mush at all. I'd give it more stars if I could.

A 5 Star food trailer?! Seriously, yes. I was surprised. I’ve eaten from here 3 times. Pulled pork sandwich was awesome! Burger was decent, but they’re getting the 5 star from me for their pulled pork and potato salad—worth the extra $1.50, so I don’t mind the upcharge for it.

Stopped in last night about 30 minutes before they closed. I'm so glad we stopped! The gal came out and greeted us and was super sweet (name sounded like Cuter/Queter). Food was delicious! We got a meat platter to share! Ribs, shoulder, and sausage, plus beans, Cole slaw, and Texas toast. We will be back!

We got the meat platter that comes with ribs, chopped pork and sausage.. the ribs were really good, the pork was excellent not chopped super fine like Georgia, but chunks... Was really really good.. the sausage was spicy and delicious.. beans and slaw were really good... Good bbq takes time so know everything is made to order and it takes time... If you want fast food bbq this is not your place. If you want great home cooked bbq that isn't mass produced.. come here..
Really good BBQ in Memphis from a small food stand. I would have given 5 stars but the lady running the stand was not the most welcoming. I would definitely go back if I was in the area and wanted BBQ.

Great quantity, good quality. Expecting a lot from the the reviews, but the pork had a distinct taste that felt like it was due to the way it was cooked. Caught me off guard. Like the mustard coleslaw and beans were great!

I'm from Austin, Tx. So we have great, if the the best BBQ, but this place right here. Oh man. Best BBQ outside of Austin, TX hands down! I've had the Turkey leg and Sandwiches. And they were amazing but you have to get the Meat Plate. $20, and you get ribs, pulled pork, Sausage, 2 sides and beard. I'm telling you. It's worth it.
