I don't know if they are under new management or what but the black lady wit the short brown hair that's always standing behind the customer service counter is trash. You can tell she hates her job. She always has a frown on her face. I walked in for a money order today, her and another lady told me to come back at 4. When I came back the above mentioned lady was standing by self check out watching me stand at the counter. No "how can I help you" or "someone will be with you shortly" nothing. I really wish she would quit. Btw nobody came to assist me. I stood there 10 minutes then walked away. I really hate this is the closest Kroger to me. Nothing against this company. Just that lady that irritates me and others that I've spoken to.

This Kroger obviously sells groceries. However, it also includes a pharmacy, florist, and gasoline station.

It was not that crowded for shopping on Memorial Day. We were in and out of self check out in no time. We were able to find the majority of the items we were looking for.

If I hadn't seen this firsthand, I wouldn't have believed it. The pharmacy manager (name tag said Michael) refused an older lady a shingles vaccine because she had complained about the wait. What?! Since when does he have the authority to abuse it in such a way? I was buying toothpaste but couldn't help witnessing this. He gave her a backhanded compliment and she thanked him politely. Not a good look, Kroger.

Lee blazack in the meat department is lying and rude excuse for a person who talks negatively about people

I don't frequent this Kroger often but when I do it's always memorable for the wrong reasons, you might as well be invisible, no acknowledgement, no greeting, and the lines always seem long.

I have had some poor experiences so I thought I would post one thats positive! I live near this store and it is our go to for groceries etc, we are blessed to have such a warm (mostly) staff, and team leads that still understand what customer service is about. Way to go Kroger Atoka!

First time here. Had a nice variety. Blueberry pie, wings and an apple fritter was purchased.

Meat department was very rude. Ask for hamburger patties and he said it would take awhile (was stocking burger meat) ask again an he said he hasn’t got to the patties yet. Ask for mgr and he disappear. Wednesday at 315pm, 26may21. Will not use Kroger in Millington again. All he had to do was move a box and hand me the patties.

Previously, this Kroger would get about a 2, but now it is about a 3.5. Have many years, this Kroger finally has been remodeled as it desperately needed it. During my visit there were many items that were not on the shelf, it might just because of COVID. However, some items they just should have had like basic items most Kroger's always have. My biggest issue is the produce they carry did not seem very fresh. I purchased some Strawberries and they seemed to be on their last leg. The overall staff here is nice. if yall looked at my Mobile order, you would see what yall replaced the chicken and cheese with- I already had on my order. why don't yall have enough of what people want. plus service is extremely slow and stuff isn't ready in a timely manner..

This Kroger has not restocked most essentials for over two weeks. I have friends in Memphis who have stores there that are restocking.

I usually stop by Kroger instead of Walmart because most of the time it's a much quicker and less painful process. I cannot say the same for the last two days that I have stopped by. Yesterday I found everything that I needed but there wss nowhere near enough registers open. Lines were crazy backed up. Had I not been shopping for a sick child I would have left everything and left the store. Today I came in just for milk not thinking that today would be the same scenario as yesterday. I wss wrong! There were literally only about 5 to 6 gallons left of 2% milk ans I had to halfway climb to the back of the cooler to find those AND lines were backed up again.

We stopped by here while staying in Millington on vacation. We found everything we needed. The only downside was the checkout situation. We waited in line forever (the people in front of us didn't have much, the cashiers were just moving so slow) and everyone around us was visibly frustrated. We finally left the line and went to self checkout which was a much better experience unfortunately.
