I have had some poor experiences so I thought I would post one thats positive! I live near this store and it is our go to for groceries etc, we are blessed to have such a warm (mostly) staff, and team leads that still understand what customer service is about. Way to go Kroger Atoka!
Previously, this Kroger would get about a 2, but now it is about a 3.5. Have many years, this Kroger finally has been remodeled as it desperately needed it. During my visit there were many items that were not on the shelf, it might just because of COVID. However, some items they just should have had like basic items most Kroger's always have. My biggest issue is the produce they carry did not seem very fresh. I purchased some Strawberries and they seemed to be on their last leg....read full review

I don't frequent this Kroger often but when I do it's always memorable for the wrong reasons, you might as well be invisible, no acknowledgement, no greeting, and the lines always seem long.
