I think that the staff could use a refresher course on how to take and fulfill an order. I had to go inside after leaving the drive through to ask for them to complete the missing items off my order. While standing at the counter asking for my items, three other people came up to do the same. The manager was on point and was very professional and accommodating. The problem I have with that is that she shouldnt have to be responding to these issues in the first place. The staff should be trained to listen to what is being ordered, repeat the order and wait for confirmation. Then, while completing the order, the staff should double check to make sure everything is in the bag or on the tray. I was very happy with the food, as always. I just would like to see some service. Make it happen people! Thank you.
We did drive through and got milkshakes and they didn't disappoint, so thick and it tastes like bananas. ?

The food is always okay. But, the customer service is entirely lacking. The speaker sometimes cuts in and out and my fiancee couldn't understand what the order taker was saying because the speaker kept cutting out, so he politely explained to her that he couldn't understand her, and this worker responds in the rudest tone that you can use with a customer. I used to work fast food, I know how exhausting it can be, but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on customers that haven't done anything to you. This isn't the first timean employee of this establishment couldn't keep their attitude in check. Do better, I'm begging.

Melted styrofoam....They serve food in styrofoam which isn't a problem unless the styrofoam melts! And they made excuses, which is ridiculous. Melted styrofoam is poison last I checked. They made no offers to get my business back. To top it off, the drive thru INTERCOM is horrible. Absolute garbage. You can't hear or understand what they say unless you can translate another language. Replace the freaking intercom!
