Holston's Kitchen is a must-try restaurant in town. The fajitas and fish nuggets are highly recommended dishes. The server is amazing and provides excellent drink recommendations. Despite some minor issues like small tortilla chips and overcooked mac & cheese, the overall food quality is good. The coleslaw lacked dressing, but the fish and burger meals were delicious. The reasonable bill for a party of 5 on Mother's Day was a plus. The waitress, Harley, was attentive and personable. While there were some hiccups, the experience at Holston's Kitchen is worth a visit, especially when not during peak times or holidays.
