I go to this McDonald’s a lot especially after shopping or etc. First thing I have to say is the food here is better than any McDonald’s I’ve had so far in my life. It’s cooked correctly and presented correctly like it should be. I worked in fast food for a couple years and I get that sometimes it’s not the best quality and that we don’t get paid enough to make fine dining presentations of a burger. But what I got tonight was the most poorly made McDoubles and Fries I have ever received. To start off the buns were rocked hard. Not the just edges but the middle of the bun was rock hard. Like how in the world do you think that’s ok to serve? The ketchup and mustard or whatever sauce they put on it was like plopped onto the side so the whole bun was covered in ketchup basically making it messy to even grab out the bag. Another problem was THEY DIDNT EVEN WRAP THE BURGER IN A WRAPPER. It was so bad I had to stop my car in the middle of the road to see it if this was actually happening. When I got home I pulled all the food out and Jesus save us all. I open the burger…… THE PATTY WAS HALF COOKED ON ONE SIDE AND THE OTHER NOT. LIKE HOW?!?! There was a-lot more wrong with the burger but i think i said enough to the point I don’t need to explain any further. Now if you read this far your probably thinking “what about the fries?” The fries were simply cold and soggy and they didn’t fill the fry box up like it was half way full. I’m glad I didn’t eat this blasphemy of fast food and notice this off of just touching it alone while driving. To sum this all up. The food was horrible to the point I wouldn’t even consider giving this to a homeless person. I called to complain about it saying that they need to throw out all the bread they have cause this isn’t consumable and I hit them with the homeless line too. And lady over the phone simply said. “We’ll make you a new one” Like seriously you think after all I said I want another one? Absolutely not. The call ends after I went off and to be honest I could’ve been a little nicer on the phone. But now I think about it I had every right to be this upset cause at this point I felt disrespected off a MCDOUBLES and FRIES. Now I’m considering contacting either A. Corporate B. Tennessee health department Or C. Both. Cause I hate to say this but that McDonald’s should be investigated like cmon how u mess up this bad. It’s obvious they don’t care about the quality of their food and someone could’ve gotten really sick off of this and that’s a lawsuit right there and nobody wants that unless it’s absolutely necessary. Respectfully I will never eat from this McDonald’s and probably never eat McDonald’s from anywhere again.

Got wrong order 3 days in a week pies were cold ask for no pickles got all pickles nothing else on burger it was bad experience but I tried to give them a chance people working were very rude with me will never go back to that McDonald'

I do not know what is going on at the upper level of management.This is not a this store problem.The lobby-dinning areais treated as an afterthought. It takes nearly twenty minutes to get a large coffee black?When I finally get my drink it is tepid.There is some funky wall that hides the front from the kitchen no dedicated counter person, fifteen minutes to order and I'm the first in line? But that drive through... Y'all fast, mind installing a walkthru window in the lobby?Listen... Taco Bell just opened for breakfast across the street.I hear they sell hot coffee, fast.Kid-friendliness: This McDonald's had a playland, now it's got a wall that keeps customers hidden from the kitchen, no drink refills till noticed, no napkins unless someone manages to look to the right as they pass the sandwich funnel. Kid-friendly? Nah this joint is barely customer friendly. The employees. Top notch though. Very sorry for what seems to be orchestrated defeat from corporate.

Wen through drive and they asked me to pull up, I pulled up and waited for nearly 30 min then informed they had lost my order.(It was straightforward very simple and small) The girl delivering was very nice and apologetic, but not a good way to run a business. Some serious management changes need to occur.

So as a dasher this mcdonalds has ALWAYS created issues for the driver including not making our order even though the order was placed BEFORE lunch started and an employee was heard in the back by another dasher stating they had all the stuff for the order but they didnt want to finish the order ...basically stealing money from our pockets causing us to lose a sale all due to a lazy gm that doesnt want to do her job and make excuses. On top of that everytime we go in as dashers we are ignored at the counter and this specific location constantly ignires the phone and or takes the phone off the hook and leaves it so it wont ring or unplugs the cord entirely so the phone wont even ring and its like this 90% of the time they always seem to have 20 employees working yet stuff is not getting done in a timely fashion and management has terrible unprofessional attitudes

Waited forever for our food. There must have been 12 people working, and it just looked like total chaos. Soda was flat. Burgers were dry. Buns were hard. Fries tasted old. A lady from the drive-thru was told to pull forward and wait for her milkshake. She had to come inside because she waited so long, to find it sitting there melted so they had to make her a new one.
