Very nice person/manager? who handled a custom order, and took extra care to listen to feedback and was willing to improve service and food! Though our concerns were with other Dunkins around. This is Definitely the one to go back
I think people really need to start giving these understaffed places grace. If you put yourself in their shoes you'll start to see it from another view and have patience. It's really unfair for anyone to come at these people with disrespect bc of their impatience. Also, the complaints about freezer burnt food..what do you expect?
