i went to this dunkin a few days ago and ordered a medium iced caramel latte with 1 pump vanilla bean and an order of bagel bites i received a black iced coffee with caramel and the vanilla bean (not a latte) and i also received my bagel bites one was slightly warm and the other was cold? i paid around 8 dollars for 5 dollors worth of things and i was trying to cut the employees some slack but i couldnt even bring myself to finish the coffee i paid for; now i understand i could have walked in and asked them to remake my drink but i was in a time crunch and i really didnt have the time or energy for that. i love dunkin but i was really dissatisfied and disappointed after that trip to dunkin

Very disappointed. Past 2 times I’ve order the black pepper bacon you guys don’t give me the right bacon and only 1 piece broke in half. I’ve bought from this location for maybe 10 years or so… you won’t get anymore of my money… everything cost more but you wanna give less… whatever man

Waited 15 minutes and the coffee was cold it was made wrong. The employee was talking to another employee for 5 minutes as we sat at the drive through window watching and waiting. The employee seemed mad when she handed us our coffee. I’d we pay 15.00 for coffees they should be made right we won’t be back!

In the mornings takes 8 min on average to take drive thru orders + additional 6 min to get your order. That's 15 min per car in the drive thru line. What is happening at this location? Why does it take a long time to get service. It looks as if they are fully stuffed, what is the issue then?

I would give a half star if I could. I went to get my morning breakfast and when I pull in the drive threw it takes about 8 minutes before I can get my order taken with 4 cars behind me. Waited another 4 minutes for my food just for them to say sorry no credit cards only cash. I said you should've told me that when I placed my order, then the kid(Tanyen) told me there's a sign out there so did the manager(Tabitha) which was very rude and told me she didn't care so when I left with no food. I went outside to look at the sign, they posted a 8x11 paper sign on a rainy day. You can't even read it! Exactly why they work at Dunkin I hope the owner sees this and takes some action. You guys are a 1.5 star location. Step your game up up its pathetic.
