My order was missing 2 milkshakes and a cup of cheese. I was charged for all 3. My food was good but it wasn't hot. Very disappointed because we only chose Arby's because we wanted milkshakes. $30 for 2 beef & cheddar and fries.

We arrived just before lunch rush. There was one person in line before us who had already ordered and was waiting for her order. Then there were some to go orders that were called in. That they prepared. Then they finally took our order after about ten minutes. The lady who is in line in front of us waiting for her order still didn't have hers, and it was just for 2 people.I ordered the buffalo chicken crunchy wrap with crinkle fries and a soda. My husband made his order and then added on a belief it's called a reeces peanut butter cookie.The restaurant was beautiful. Very clean with nice furnishings. Probably a couple of years old. But it looked great. And the employees were nice. As for the food, My husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich, But not the curly fries. He also ordered an apple turn over. When he bit into the turnover it was cherry. But thankfully he likes cherry. The paper was stuck to the topping. And that was a little bit irritating to him , but otherwise he enjoyed it.I bit into my chicken wrap and it was very tough. You could barely tear the rap with your fingers. So I opened it up and ended up just eating the chicken inside which was tasty. My crubkle fries we're really good my husband enjoy eating those too. The cookie was a very dry and flavorless. It cost about two dollars. It was about four hundred and fifty calories. Which I spat out the bite that I took. My husband had a bite of it and he did not like it either. the cookie bag had an expiration of october twenty twenty four. Just overall an overpriced, very dry flavourless cookie.Will we be back any time soon, It's highly unlikely. The lady that was waiting in front of us, We got our food before she got hers.

Everything was good about the food and service and this location is laid out well the only negative was they were having some maintenance performed and the person left their ladder in front of the drink bar that everyone had to maneuver around.

Not the Arby's we grew up on in the early 90s but not many things are as good as they used to be. With that said, the staff here is super friendly. Typically understaffed but great attitudes and very nice when I go. Food is always hot and correct.

I just ordered the $5 boneless wings w/fries. Although the young man at the speaker/window was very polite, he was too busy talking to his co-workers, so when I asked for ranch and ketchup he must not have heard me because when I pulled over to eat (I'm an Uber driver and eat on the go), there was no ketchup. And no napkins. Then my boneless wings looked like this.... They were not all covered and at the same time they were literally sitting in about 1/2 an inch of sauce at the bottom of my cardboard box. We all know what happens when you introduce something wet to cardboard.... There were no utensils, no napkins, and no wipes. So, I didn't get to eat them. I had to throw away $4 worth of my $5 meal and only had fries.Disappointed Arby's! I'm still hungry, and have $5 less money now.
