We arrived just before lunch rush. There was one person in line before us who had already ordered and was waiting for her order. Then there were some to go orders that were called in. That they prepared. Then they finally took our order after about ten minutes. The lady who is in line in front of us waiting for her order still didn't have hers, and it was just for 2 people.I ordered the buffalo chicken crunchy wrap with crinkle fries and a soda. Everything was good about the food and service and this location is laid out well the only negative was they were having some maintenance performed and the person left their ladder in front of the drink bar that everyone had to maneuver around.

Not the Arby's we grew up on in the early 90s but not many things are as good as they used to be. With that said, the staff here is super friendly. Typically understaffed but great attitudes and very nice when I go. Food is always hot and correct.
