Worst BBQ I’ve ever had. Food was over a day old and it showed. The banana pudding by far the worst. It was soupy and did not look appetizing at all. The brisket meal was three little strips and also looked like it had been recooked. Please do not eat here as my family got sick from eating this meal.

Service was okay but my meal was entirely wrong. No sauce on my brisket sandwich which was very dry and the side was a potato salad when I ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy.. used to be a decent spot for a quick lunch

Had not had Bar B Cutie in quite some time and was looking forward to it. Unfortuantely, was dissapointed. Fried pickles came without sauce (did drive through) and mac and cheese was dry. Everything was just so so. Was let down, will probably not return.

I understand everywhere is short staffed. But if you’re going to close early or not operate during posted business hours, you should at least post on social media that you’re closed. Calling before hand does no good because they don’t answer when they’re open anyway, so calling doesn’t tell me if they’re open or not. Again, I understand being short staffed. But an attempt to make customers aware should be made. It’s such a hassle to drive through such congested traffic, just to get there and the restaurant is closed at 6 pm. This has happened numerous times lately, and I won’t attempt to go back. I’ve eaten here at least twice a week the past 4 years. But I’ll no longer sit in traffic for an hour to get there and be disappointed. Use your social media for its intended purpose!

Absolutely inept. they've had technical difficulties with their credit card machines and internet access and food availability for months now while other branches seem to be doing just fine. Interior dining room has been closed forever because they lack the ability to hire and train qualified staff. I've had problems with my orders 5/6 times, but they are the only BBQ close by my work. I hope this place get sucked up into the next mega storm to hit the town, and that the lunatic today who was surprised that I showed up for my order that they didn't make or have gets thrown back to Florida where he belongs.Obviously, this franchise either gets no support from corporate or is only half able to stay alive being the only BBQ place on Old Fort for several miles. There's a reason why they are always dead, and it isn't because the food's bad.

Not good during pandemic. Crazy hours, have gone twice and didn’t get food either time. Ordered at drive-thru today, drink machine down. Ok, I’ll just take the sandwich and fries. Charged an upcharge for no drink! Oh well, sat at window, complete disarray, 3 employees had no idea what to do or how to make even the sandwich from what I could see. Employees had no masks or gloves and were touching all kinds of things. Then they all disappeared from sight and never came back. Finally I chalked it up to a donation and drove away because I didn’t trust the food at that point.

Well this was going to be the first time my family and I ate here. But that changed before I could even get through the door. On google it says “dine in” available and there’s a big sign in front of there establishment saying “LOBBY OPEN” Yet all the doors are locked and when I knock I get looked at, laughed at, and not helped at all. No wonder there are so many 1 star reviews for this place. Feel like I dodged a bullet today not eating here lol

I cannot believe this place is still open for business! It is a Saturday afternoon at 12 o'clock noon! They were out of corn bread buns toast no bread at all they were out of white beans cornbread dressing! The pulled pork tasted so sour we throw it away!The ribs were like a leather threw them away also!We got cream corn as a side and it was not their regular cream corn it look like yellow corn out of a can! I just called up there to speak to a manager the employee told me to hold on as I did that same employee got back on the phone and told me the manager said we could give you two free plates but we can't give you a refund because we don't have enough money in the drawer but never did let me speak to the manager! I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND! I asked to speak to a manager I told him. He said "I'm sorry, SHES busy talking to an employee" So, never did talk to a manager! I have never in all my life... I will be getting in touch with someone!

I placed an order for 4lbs of pulled pork via the internet last Friday morning. I show up to the window at the time that i requested, and they did not have my order. OK, i can live with that. There appeared to be 2 people working in there - only the drive thru was open. They got our order together in about 10 minutes. I took the barbecue to tailgate party for a high school football game and was so embarrassed about how horrible it was. We ordered 4lbs and hardly any of it was eaten. My husband and I packed it up and took it back home thinking someone in our house would eat it - we have 3 boys and they'll eat anything. Nope, we threw it in the trashcan. It was literally not edible.

Went to bar b cutie today order a loaded potato got home the pork smelled bad!!! And looking at the kitchen from the drive thru it look dirty !

Thought I'd experienced it all restaurant wise. Placed my order online, gave me an ETA, standard stuff. I got my confirmation email and text message when my order was ready. Drove up ... and the place is shut down?!?! How does a website allow you to order and give you order updates for a place that's no longer in business? It took an hour of my time coming from Smyrna and back home empty-handed. I'll be unfortunately reaching out to my bank once this posts on my card, and calling corporate. This place is a fraud.

Had lunch here today, asked for bunches of sides and special things for my baked potato. I was met with a cheerful response to everything. Ginger the cashier/server was awesome. The gentleman maintaining the lobby was also very courteous and kind. Clean dining, prompt service and delicious meal. Super happy I stopped in.
