If you are looking for incredible Southern Cooking…you need to visit Southern Soul Cuisine. They opened in September and when I arrived Adrian (the owner) went through all of the meat options and then he told me about the fried chicken. The fried chicken is cooked to order so I went with the white meat option (breast and wing) and I added a thigh. For sides I selected the pinto beans, cabbage, and sweet potatoes along with a fountain drink.
