Easter egg hunt was such a disappointment. As broke college students we drove an hour out to go to cookout. There was no one there and we took 3 eggs out of the 50 in the store. I tried to redeem the one I kept after giving away the other 2 to a child that showed up and got chewed out for being an adult by the employees. I would understand if there were any children in the store or we had taken a whole bunch of eggs, but no one was there and it was 3 eggs. As someone who has nowhere to go to for Easter, I just wanted to be able to have a good time with friends, but now my days ruined and I feel like a terrible person for trying to redeem an egg. Sheesh maybe state that it’s for children only and don’t advertise it as something for everyone, especially when your primary audience is college students and you’re 10 minutes away from a college campus.

Decent food, but the cups were very dirty at the bottom always check inside of your drink cups, luckily I had water.

I’ve come through the drive through several times each times what I order is wrong I got a burger Tray with cheddar bites for both sides with Cajun on them I got 5 chedder bites that’s are burnt and have no Cajun on them (not common to order Cajun and not get it and get charged for it ) and a shake and the shake was open and dripping all down the side when handed to me and all over the door panel of my car there are nothing but ghetto teens working laughing and playing while I’m paying for food and service is terrible don’t go to this one go to memorial but tbh not much better

While on my visit to see family for Christmas from California, I was excited when I saw Cook Out, reminiscing about older times. Walking in, it was a welcome sight to see and eat in a very clean establishment. Unsure about what get,Tyqueria was so helpful, kind, and pleasant. She did a stellar job giving her professional opinion and offering wonderful service. While waiting for my food, Jay handed me my milkshake and genuinely asked how I was doing and commented positively on my attire, striking up a conversation, which ended in him kindly welcoming me back to the area.The food was just as I remembered, complete with a blueberry cheesecake milkshake. The whole experience was a wonderful way to end my outing before returning to my family. The entire crew was great and should be recognized for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you!
I just don't eat many burgers any more, but today I just felt I wanted to, so I stopped in with my friend and we scarfed one down each. I had onion rings and they seemed to be a bit soggy and my friend asked for her fries to be fried just a bit longer... well that didn't happen. However, the guy behind the counter made the whole experience better. We didn't complain or anything, but his service and attitude was an absolute pleasure.

for the most part, this location gets your food right but will 9/10 times get your shake wrong. every time after i get my food, i remember why i don’t like this location. they can never get a milkshake right. they don’t give receipts and even if they do, it isn’t itemized so you can’t get your stuff fixed or money
