I just don't eat many burgers any more, but today I just felt I wanted to, so I stopped in with my friend and we scarfed one down each. I had onion rings and they seemed to be a bit soggy and my friend asked for her fries to be fried just a bit longer... well that didn't happen. However, the guy behind the counter made the whole experience better. We didn't complain or anything, but his service and attitude was an absolute pleasure.
Loved the Middle Tennessee State theme, food was outstanding for lunch just before we flew out of Nashville. Got the reasonably complicated order right, and this was a really good burger, usually the burgers here are middle of the road and the sides are the stars. This time the burger was the best thing. Nice. It may be a little while before I get to go back to Cookout, so thanks to this location for giving me happy thoughts!
