We love Jimmy John’s and don’t live close so whenever we are in town, we go! We usually don’t have issues but whoever the guy was working today was rude and honestly just lazy. Because we drive so far with the food we ask if they can be “wrapped” to travel so all the ‘insides’ are in plastic and not touching the bread for the drive. We haven’t had any issues before and today we were told “it was too much work.” Our sandwiches are going to be soggy and we are disappointed.

I went to this location on June 1, 2023. I placed my order online in my vehicle and walked in and was greeted immediately by an employee. He checked to make sure they had my order and told me exactly the possible wait time. They were busy, which indicated to me a lot of people want to purchase their meals from this location. I eat at many Jimmy John's when I travel and have seen a lot of these stores. This location is great and one of the best. They give you suggestions on what to order when they are asked. Service and the meats in the sandwiches are great. I have never had a wrong order and find they are consistent in their quality of service and food.

It is always great to eat at a Jimmy John's that lives up to the corporate standards. This is certainly one of those locations. Excellent job on the bread baking - nice and soft. Sandwiches were all made correctly and tasted great. Store was clean. Employees were friendly and engaging. As a JJs franchisee, we know what is expected and this team met it! Great job! We will be back when passing through the area again!

I came to get a free sandwich cause it's my birthday and they wouldn't give it to me as a awards member. They say it will take a day or two for us to see in the system. Also the lady didn't offer me any chips or drinks I would like to take. No one couldn't do these job right.

They took 40 minutes to bring my food when it said it would be 15 and forgot the drink. They brought my drink 15 minutes later and forgot the straw. I ordered the ham sandwich that came with ham, mayo, tomato, and lettuce. They put banana peppers on it, which I am very allergic to. I called for a refund and the manager lady was rude and unapologetic. Almost had to go to the emergency room

Jimmy John’s is one of the VERY few food places that provide fast yet accurate orders. Today, the unusual happened- JJ’s gave me something I did not order. When I took the sandwich back, they asked no questions, but simply made me a brand new sandwich. They apologized and thanked me for letting them make it right. Wow!
