Pizza is good and what you expect from PJs. However, store process needs work. Ordered pizzas online. Papa track showed it as ready. Got to store and they said it was in the oven still. 15 minutes later, they said it wasn't in the oven and they were a little behind. Another 20 mins later and another employee asked me what I was waiting on. The pizza have never been made and he tried to make it quickly. Multiple process problems obviously. Will try again and hope for improvement.
NOTHING AGAINST THE STORE IN ITSELF, JUST THE CALL CENTER.The call service it transfers to when you call for to-go/delivery orders is RIDICULOUS.They ALWAYS try and talk you into buying extras. EVERYTIME you call, you can never get straight to the point with these people.They have NEVER gotten anything right.The call center BARELY speaks English, always messes up, and when people go to pickup their order, they look at the employees as if it’s their fault that something was messed...read full review

We got the Meats speciality pizza and it was excellent! Like always the Lascasass local has the best pizza of all the local Pappa Johns.Aways fast and friendly service unlike other locations.
