Ordered a venti ice chai there tonight to prepare for my long shift, I took a sip and it was absolutely terrible. Called them and explained how it tasted wrong/ sour and Nora explained they had someone new in training and would make me a new drink without any other questions asked. Headed back over, and got the new drink- great customer service ? thank you guys so much!!!
The food is good and drinks are good, but you do get short changed on an already expensive beverage. This was a tall, and your can clearly see that it is missing a quarter of the drink. I have not taken even a sip. Very disappointing.

Usually don’t have an issue, nor complain, however, this time was incredibly frustrated when I got my coffee to see it was maybe 2/3 full, after spending $7. It’s theft, pay for 1 size and get something else. It’s happened @ this Starbucks more than once, hence I’m saying something.
