Usually don’t have an issue, nor complain, however, this time was incredibly frustrated when I got my coffee to see it was maybe 2/3 full, after spending $7. It’s theft, pay for 1 size and get something else. It’s happened @ this Starbucks more than once, hence I’m saying something.

Ordered a venti ice chai there tonight to prepare for my long shift, I took a sip and it was absolutely terrible. Called them and explained how it tasted wrong/ sour and Nora explained they had someone new in training and would make me a new drink without any other questions asked. Headed back over, and got the new drink- great customer service ? thank you guys so much!!!

The food is good and drinks are good, but you do get short changed on an already expensive beverage. This was a tall, and your can clearly see that it is missing a quarter of the drink. I have not taken even a sip. Very disappointing.

Slowest for mobile ordering of any Starbucks location average turn around for mobile order being 20-40 minutes. If you live 10 minutes away from the store and order from home before even putting your shoes on, you will undoubtedly have to wait for 15-20 additional minutes once you arrive at minimum for your coffee. They prioritize drive through orders so If they aren’t back up there (or even if they are) sometimes you’re better off going through the drive thru anyway because then they will make your order instead of making you wait 30 plus minutes for it…but that kind of defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Today after waiting over 30 minutes unfortunately they made me the wrong drink. I didn’t want to wait to have it remade for a lifetime so I was sOL
37 minutes on a mobile order for 2 drinks and a cake pop. Generally nice staff but this am super rude. My daughter got my chai tee drink 25 minutes before her tall refresher. I walked in to check that she had asked for her drink as I know sometimes the receipts get messed up. Immediately an employee rolled her eyes at me and asked "What?" I explained she had a refresher that we ordered awhile ago before we left the house and that my drink had been out for 15 minutes. She said "It's because yours is a coffee drink." It actually wasn't...it was a chai tea but I didn't argue since it clearly takes longer to brew espresso shots than to pour my daughters drink in from a pitcher and add ice. She walked around rolling her eyes for a bit...then took the ten seconds it takes to make it and again rolled her eyes giving it to us. I'm sure she might have just been having a bad day. We frequently order through the mobile app however before we even leave our house (a ten minute drive) and still somehow end up getting our drinks after folks that pull into line as we pulled up.
