Won’t take coupons even when the order is eligible for a coupon. Apparently management said she just changed this 2 weeks ago. Other locations are available near by that take coupons and have better customer service.

I stopped in today . A manager treated an employee so disrespect by just grabbing what he was doing away from him . Instead she could have taken care of me as a customer in restaurant. I open my mouth and said maybe she should be confusing him by just grabbing away what he is doing and she should work on my order instead.As manager was making my sandwich she didn't listen to me as customer and started putting spinach on my sandwich when I said no lettuce, just tomato, pickles, onions.Don't be rudely grabbing what your employees are doing when you can't make my sandwich correctly ....let employee do their job to the fullest they can.

We came into subway to get food with some friends and we had specifically told them we wanted the orders separated. But they charged both of the orders mixed and we payed without noticing. We sat down to enjoy our meal but the lady at the cashier called us back and told us that our order did not get rung up but we had gotten the receipt? We got up to check what was happening and it was a mess! The machine had stopped working and we sat there in front on the cashier for 10 minutes while she was holding the card and giving us attitude without an apology and blamed it on us while there was a long line behind us. Both the workers were rude and kept telling us to wait a second without considering it’s their fault.

I frequent this location and usually the service is decent but this time the lady who helped me was extremely rude. She did not speak although I said 'hello" first, she just stared at me almost as If she didn't want to serve me. I don't know if it's a racial thing which is weird because were both people of color... no matter what it was, I also work in customer service and always try to be respectful no matter what's going on in my personal life. So they need to work on their attitude.

Awful customer service. Girl with black hair seems to be there just for a paycheck- could care less to interact with people. Customer service isn't what it used to be makes sense when it's just a bunch of teenagers running the floor. hire people who actually want to work.

We go in - there’s a girl in Mickey Mouse sleep pants, none of them talk other than saying “we should have just locked the door” they were extremely hateful. We walked in at 7:05PM, they’re supposed to close at 9PM. Apparently, we messed up them going home early - as about 4 people came in after us.Let’s not even mention the food!

I went to buy a Subway, but the young women who are on the afternoon shift don't know how to work, I ordered a large one and they put meat for half of one, they didn't want to toast my bread, They didn't want to cut the bread in half, they didn't give me a bag to carry.They should teach these young people to work or hire older people and give them training to work well.

They have always taken mail coupons without any issues. Last week we went to this location. The girl said they took coupons as I always ask to be sure. When time to pay all of a sudden they don’t take coupons. I should have just left the sandwiches sit and went to Jimmy Johns. We wont be back.

This place is terrible. Three people working. It took me and the four people I was with over 30 minutes to get our food. None of the workers had any clue what was going on. Very unprofessional establishment.

These workers cannot make a sandwich to save their lives. They don’t put barely any toppings on your sandwich and god forbid you order online. They forgot my cheese, extra paid bacon, and to toast the sandwich. Idk how any of them have jobs.
