I had the raw oysters (they were pretty decent) and my girl and I shared the Huanchinango al Mojo de Ajo.I'm shocked that a fried fish was tied for the best fish I've ever had. This fish was utterly perfect. It was crispy to the point that the fins, head, and gill bones were crispy enough to eat straightaway, the skin texture was bone dry but the meat was plenty moist.Just magnificent. And I was pleased they had the 32oz Modelo caguamas I like!
