Having passed by this place the past years I've stayed at Margaritaville, decided to catch some college basketball and have a few drinks late this past Thursday. Drinks were reasonably priced but bartender Matt(I believe) had no personality, in fact, witnessed him be less than helpful and downright oblivious to another patron. If you're in the service industry you can't behave like he did Food looked presentable although I didn't have any

Walked in on a busy Sunday around 5pm. They ask you to seat yourself so we found an open table by the bar. Service was pretty good considering it was busy. We got the pretzel which I thought was so good, very soft and salty and the cheese dip was all gone by the time we were done. I got a cocktail called the Tennessee Two Step, which I liked but I'm a sugar on the rim kind of gal and thought it could've used some. Overall a solid place to stop by for some comfort food.

I went here for a work event and got the opportunity to sit at the bar and enjoy a Tennessee Lager and one of their pretzels. Their pretzel was very good and I would definitely recommend it. The bar tender was friendly and attentive. They also had an outstanding bourbon selection. It had your typical Nashville ambiance with live music in a bar like atmosphere.

Barlines in Nashville presents an interesting contrast in experiences, offering a mix of both delight and disappointment. On entering, one is immediately struck by the cleanliness and classic atmosphere of the establishment. The ambiance is inviting, with a decor that tastefully nods to Nashville's rich musical heritage, creating a setting that's both comfortable and charming. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the service. Our server was absolutely amazing - attentive, engaging, and genuinely enthusiastic. This level of service is a rarity and deserves high praise. It contributed significantly to the pleasantness of our evening and is a strong reason to visit Barlines. However, our culinary experience fell short of expectations. Nashville is renowned for its vibrant and flavorful food scene, but unfortunately, the dishes at Barlines didn't live up to this reputation. Our group unanimously found the food to be bland and lackluster, particularly when compared to other local establishments. The consensus was clear: while the atmosphere and service were exceptional, the food was a letdown. That said, Barlines does shine when it comes to their cocktail menu. The drinks were expertly crafted, showcasing a fine balance of flavors and creativity. For those looking to enjoy a casual drink in a classic Nashville setting, Barlines certainly fits the bill.In summary, while Barlines excels in atmosphere, cleanliness, and service, it falls short in the culinary department. It's a great spot for cocktails and enjoying a relaxed evening, but if you're looking for a meal that tantalizes your taste buds, you might want to consider other options in Nashville's rich culinary landscape.

I was struggling between a 3 and 4 star review on this one. We stopped in on a whim just rolling into town an hour or two prior. It was a Sunday night, so packed during the game and then it cleared out quick. The waiter was friendly but a bit slow to check on us when we needed something. The food was pretty decent. Burger was pretty good. Hits the spot. A good pub burger but not a home run. My lil lady's BLT was a bit lackluster. Flavor wasn't fully there and the orange marmalade on it tasted a bit strange. Price is pretty high compared to the quality of the food. $20 for their cheapest burger, almost the same for a BLT. A fountain sprite is $5. I know inflation is hitting us all hard, but it's a bit unreasonable for what you get. Inside is a sports bar vibe that it seems gets used as a small music venue from time to time. There was no music this time but there's a pretty good size stage with a drum kit in house. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and go with 4 stars. Maybe they were having an off night.

Great food and great service! Sat at the bar for a couple drinks and food before hitting Broadway for the night. What a great place, with exceptional ambience.

The atmosphere and service were good. The food quality was sub par at best. We had both the chicken caesar wrap and large pretzel and both were very ok for a pretty steep price. The service was also quite slow as the place wasn’t that busy and we waited over 20min for our food.

I went on 11/24/23 about mid afternoon. Everything pretty nice about whole place. But I ordered an order of the brussel sprouts, and holy jesus, they were some of the best I've ever had. Bar none. So my review is solely on that. Waiter was good. And live music was good. I would recommend.

We came on in before a concert at Bridgestone and had Madison as our server. The wings were amazing and drinks were fast and on point. To top it off Madison provided great, attentive service that just made the experience complete. Definitely check it out if you are visiting or a local and ask for Madison!
