I have been here multiple times and enjoy the staff and service. The servers were very accommodating for us and we are thankful for that. Thank you for being so nice.

I love-hate bar taco. Let me explain:The servers are phenomenal. They all dress like individuals that highlight their best features and style, but somehow match each other as if they are a dance crew in a musical ready to bop out and sing at any minute. Shout-out to the manager with the Buc-ee's shirt. Here's the ritual that begins as soon as you have a seat: An attractive staff member from the aforementioned musical crew will approach, introduce themselves, explain that they're "a manager here" and show you that just put a card up in the little holder if you need help, and then they'll ask if you are comfortable ordering with their online system. When you say yes they'll tell you the "secret" menu items. It's not a secret when you tell me! You mean "special", it's a special! Then you'll be left to your own devices, literally, as you spend ten minutes trying to order using your phone, but there's no signal in here. Their wifi is so slow and requires that you log in - every time - typing in your email, phone number, and age, and signing up for their mailing list in doing so. Ugh. This annoys me every time I'm there, I've subscribed to that mailing list around a thousand times now and don't need a reminder that I want tacos, Tuesday itself already reminds me about this! Finally when you have managed to order, your tacos and roast chicken will arrive within minutes, often before the starter guacamole and chips that you ordered. That is now your dessert guacamole and chips.Roast chicken? Yes, they're hiding a magic rotisserie machine in the back somewhere, that is actually the real secret item on the menu. Do not sleep on this perfect protein meal!Do order the delicious spicy margarita and try the baja fish taco, it is perfectly crispy golden yumminess, and the first bite of it will summon the musical dancing crew to come and ask how everything is and do you need anything else, which you can not answer because now you have a mouth full of taco. The taco is great! But where is my guacamole and chips? When that finally arrives fashionably late, you can order a little flight of tequila or mescal to go with it, why not? When it's time to wrap it up and leave, at least six of the cheerful dancing crew will bouncily wave you off with a happy thank you, please come see us again and it will feel like a scene from West Side Story, but then again that might be the tequila talking.

Bartaco is that cool Nashville restaurant you will want to tell your friends about. It’s a hip spot dishing out classic street style tacos with delicious flair and a variety of options. For a tasty appetizer, you can’t go wrong with the fried plantains and street corn.Margaritas are on point, and our server was very informative about the different varieties of margaritas available.Speaking of servers, one thing to note is that Bartaco uses a phone based ordering system, so make sure you have a phone with good charge before going. As for the tacos, the pork belly taco is by far my personal favorite. It’s like candy, with a sweet glaze, crispy and juicy all at the same time. I had to get two of these because they are that good. All in all, a fun and tasty spot to enjoy while in Music City.

Too many rules and drama to eat a taco the size of your palm.

A very fun spot and unique concept! You order the food a la carte style and they bring it to you. The tacos are street style and on the smaller side, so you may want three or four. The guacamole is really good! We tried the chicken, pork belly, duck, chorizo, shrimp and steak tacos!! All were delicious ?. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Did not feel welcoming by hostess. Joined the waitlist and got there within the 30 minute check in. Was told it would be another hour and a half until being seated. There were very many tables available as I saw on the tablet as well as walking in. I’m not sure why I would join a waitlist if I’m having to wait even longer when I get there. Over all a bad system and experience just with check in because of the hostess horrible attitude.

Cute little foodie taco spot with a creative taco menu. I have a very simple palate, so I wasn’t too interested in the tacos. If you’re a foodie and want to try a more taco fusion style cuisine, this place is it! They have great service in a wonderful location with a beautiful restaurant for people watching and socializing. It was a nice place to visit.

First time here and I absolutely loved it. Our server Mike was extremely nice and so helpful. We were able to get a ton of recommendations from him about the area. Definitely will be going back the next time we come visit Nashville!

Bartaco has recently been in the news over surge pricing, increasing their menu prices according to how busy they are during the day. They also continuously blast their music into the street and neighborhood despite being asked to turn it down. Food isn't that good and isn't worth it.

There’s often a long wait, so eat at the bar. The shrimp ceviche is delightful. But watch out for the habaneros. They should be for decoration only! Love the little tacos, it’s hard to find a bad one. Flavors are very well coordinated! And don’t miss the fried plantains with some dipping sauce. Quite good!
