I've typically had a pretty good interaction service. Went there on 2/20 and ordered a Love Potion #31 shake. The 2 young ladies there were wonderful, and they were always kind from when we would see them at another location. I got my shake but noticed it tasted like the milk was bad. Excellent customer service! Can't remember how long are the last time I was in Baskin-Robbins but the crew was patient and thorough updating me on the menu and new flavors. Kelsey & Guzelle thank you for your patience and Nick and Finn for your speedy service. 5 STARS
