Had the turkey sandwich for lunch and it was awful...mile high bread with cooked turkey slices that were so dry. My lunch partner had a great tuna tartar appetizer and the warm shrimp salad and was hugely pleased. Clearly I made an ordering mistake but at Drusie and Darr everything should be wonderful. I only picked off a couple pieces of turkey and a bite of bread and left the rest. Disappointing.
I’ll get to the point, the food was excellent with the exception of biting down on a hard lobster shell in the middle of our course. Anyways, the atmosphere was terribly dreadful! Jean-George for what an expert chef you are I was expecting at least a nice place to eat your wonderful creations!
