E3 Chophouse offers excellent food and service, with a "ranch to restaurant" approach that supports three worthy causes through a portion of their net profits. The menu features delicious dishes, such as a warm bread, egg, bacon, and blue cheese salad, and a 6oz fillet with parmesan whipped mashed potatoes. The restaurant has a nice ambience and attentive waitstaff, although there were some issues with check-in during one visit. The bartender was described as less than friendly. Overall, the food is highly recommended, and the E3 experience is a positive one, especially for steak lovers.
