I’ve had better pork ribs throughout Midwest but the best brisket by far! Very juicy with nice charred edges, full of fat tickling your tongue and the meat shredded with no resistance. The meat flavor was pretty dominant and my favorite part was the fact I could pick the part of the brisket they were cutting! I don’t even remember the sides

First time trying. Was a short walk from the hotel. We ordered two 3 meat combos. One with brisket, pulled pork and sausage. One with pulled pork, chicken and ribs. We got mac and cheese, green beans and collard greens. Toast and corn bread. We also ordered a gallon of tea. A slice of pecan pie, chess pie and banna pudding.The good the collard greens were amazing. The green beans were pretty good. The chess pie was good and the banna pudding was ok.The the brisket was over cooked and dry. The also gave it to me chopped as well I like slices.The pulled pork was ok.The sausage was way over smoked that's all it tasted like.The chicken was over smoked and tasted like straight smoke as well.The ribs were way over done and dry. But had some flavor.The pecan pie tasted like water.Wouldn't not recommend eating there. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day but most BBQ places are judged on their brisket and this place had the worst brisket I’ve ever had. First they scraped off all the bark before cutting it and I had to ask the guy to add it in. Who throws away the bark? That’s where all the flavor is. Secondly there was zero smoke ring on the meat and it was really dry. Sauces were good and so was Mac and cheese but that doesn’t make up for whack brisket.
Very decent BBQ (4.5 but rounding up!) and friendly, low-key vibe.

OUTSTANDING BBQ - the brisket, the shoulder (Nashvillians call pulled pork sandwiches shoulder sandwiches); EVERYTHING is smoked, Q'ed to perfect juicy goodness...the bark alone is ?. And do not, I repeat, DO NOT skip the very, very good chocolate and/or chess pie - Nashvillians sometimes come just for them??Also worth the trip? The slightly sweet cornbread baked in loaves and sliced - it's called "awendaw" in some places, and it is just the right note of sweet, corn crunchy goodness.Sauces are great, and they aren't stingy with portions of anything.
Delicious, fall off the bone ribs. Sides were great as well, the marker of a truly great BBQ spot. The cornbread was of a sweet variety and almost like a pound cake, not my usual favorite, but I devoured it just as gladly as I did the rest of the meal. Definitely worth a return trip.

Everything was awesome. We happened to just be driving by and decided to stop I am glad we did everyone enjoyed the food and the people here are very nice.
