OUTSTANDING BBQ - the brisket, the shoulder (Nashvillians call pulled pork sandwiches shoulder sandwiches); EVERYTHING is smoked, Q'ed to perfect juicy goodness...the bark alone is ?. Delicious, fall off the bone ribs. Sides were great as well, the marker of a truly great BBQ spot. The cornbread was of a sweet variety and almost like a pound cake, not my usual favorite, but I devoured it just as gladly as I did the rest of the meal. Definitely worth a return trip.

I’ve had better pork ribs throughout Midwest but the best brisket by far! Very juicy with nice charred edges, full of fat tickling your tongue and the meat shredded with no resistance. The meat flavor was pretty dominant and my favorite part was the fact I could pick the part of the brisket they were cutting! I don’t even remember the sides
