What has happened with Krystal?I have not been to krystal where the service has been less than 20 min to pick up a couple burgers in well over a year. Theres no wonder why 3 locations in Tn and Fl have closed. This has to be an upper management problem. Too bad as I love these burgers. Getem while you can.
Went through drive thru. The lady who took my order this day was very nice and helpful. Very considerate towards me ... even though I could not make my mind up. She really helped me make a decision on what I was needing. So I would like to brag on her. Because the last few times I went through and got burgers the drive thru customer service lady was VERY RUDE... WHICH HAD STOPPED ME FROM GOING TO THIS LOCATION... FOR A YEAR. Quick and Sweet customer service. Outrageous pricing but so is everything else.??Parking: This drive thru is quick but it can get packed. Check Google to see the slow and busy times to go. So that you're not stuck in a long line. Sitting there talking about I should leave. Knowing you not going anywhere till you get your food.?????
