Today, Nov 24th. My son ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. I ordered 2 bacon and cheese biscuits. We went inside to order and eat at table. The person taking order was having difficulty understanding. He called manager over to help. We repeated order. The breakfast came without hotcakes. Mgr said it wasn't ordered so I have to get in line to order them. After going to table I saw one biscuit was a griddle instead of biscuit. I told them. It was not corrected. It's like most McDonald's in the area. They're usually pretty quickly.. I usually do go inside though, and its still pretty fast. Foods decent compared to some McDonald's establishments I've been to, ESP one's not in the same immediate area!Never had an order wrong here, or missing anything. So over all, this is a good McDonald's!! I also go usually in the evenings/ sometimes lunch. I can't speak on how they are during breakfast!! Overall though, id recommend this location!!

I do not have an issue with the food, service, or servers. My grand loves McDonald's, so after school, we have visited multiple locations. We often upgrade the sweet tea from medium to large. My issue is that I have noticed that the upcharge for the large tea at this location is $0.50. All of the other restaurants around Nashville are a standard $0.20.
