I went through the drive thru and ordered a steak bagel with a round egg and a coffee. What I received was a hamburger with mayo and egg on a bagel with the steak onions. I was HIGHLY disappointed since I paid 7.19. I did not have time to return to the restaurant because I was headed to work. I mean when your breakfast is not right it makes for a "fun" morning. My coffee was supposed to have 4 creams and 4 sugars in the cup. I don't understand why they don't clean the sugar dispenser because no sugar ever comes out. ?

I'd give zero stars if I could. The drive through was obnoxiously slow, and the food was terrible. I ask for light mayo on my chicken sandwiches and instead I get mayo slathered everywhere eve on the buns. Not to include the wilted brown shredded lettuce. The drive thru attendant was a mute outside of saying I should've paid at the last window. I was never acknowledged at the 1st window even after ppl looked dead in my eyes and kept talking. Definitely the worst and will not be back!!

ordered a freaking spicy sandwich THEY DIDNT PUT THE SPICY SAUCE AND THERE IS ONE PICKLE...... my mother was just up there bc they gave her cold food..... again terrible service.. in the photo is buffalo sauce that we added to the sandwich.....

We've always had customer service issues but today was the worst. Ordered a shamrock shake. They told us McDonald's doesn't do the shamrock shake, they do a mcflurry. Even though the sign was right in front of us advertising the shake. We get up to pay and they said we ordered a shamrock OREO mcflurry. That's exactly what I did NOT want. We asked for no Oreo and this is what we got. Clearly didn't mix and clearly could've made a shake but just attitude.
They made a ridiculous system for Ober Reis people who come to order. They constantly keep Uber Eats and Dordash drivers waiting in the cold.

I asked if I could please have my ice cream after our the young rolled her eyes and stated, "whatever" we're new in the are moving from KY I couldn't believe the attitude. In KY we can get out dessert at the end of our meal. I stood I the counter for 12 minutes saying" excuse me ma'am" never was acknowledged, than she turned around so hateful. WoW will never return again.
