Absolutely terrible place to ever find yourself. They don't appreciate the freedoms they've been afforded by the sacrifices made by veterans. This was proven on Novemer 11, 2023, when they chose not to participate in their national promotion to give free meals to veterans on Veteran's Day!Terrible human beings manage this establishment.
This is the worst run smoothie king I’ve ever been to. Every employee is so rude. They roll your eyes when you walk in to order. Is there even a manager? If so, good God please upgrade. I regular the hendersonville TN location and they are phenomenal, friendly, and speedy. Maybe bring them over to train these awful employees. I never complain & I’m the first to give the benefit of the doubt. But 10/10 times I visit this location, I have a bad experience.

My husband went to grab me a smoothie bowl this morning. The two ladies inside were listening to music, singing and dancing, and had him waiting 20min just for a bowl. If the money hadn’t already been taken, he would have pulled off. Absolutely unacceptable customer service behavior.
