This Pizza Hut location sits on Gallatin in a small shopping plaza and is a carry-out/delivery only location. We are in a new build in the area, so they do not have our address for delivery just yet, so we did a pickup order. I had a 30% off coupon for delivery, so I figured I would use it. I hadn't had pizza hut in a long time, and was in the mood for some pan pizza. Keeping in mind, it is a chain, and it is pizza hut, not Desano's or Joey's house of pizza....I was actually pleasantly surprised with my order. Delivery arrived in 50 minutes from placing the order. Every time you come they tell you it will be 15-20 minutes. Is always 25-30 mins if you are lucky. Last time I can they did not give me my wings so I had a credit. Came back to order again and use the credit. 30 mins after my 20 min order was supposed to be ready they still did not have my wings. Will be another 8 mins. They gave them to someone else. Really?
