Of course, I came to the store by myself as a Japanese person and bought a latte and a mug, but the staff at the store were polite and accommodating even though I didn't understand the language.It was very comfortable.Thank you very much, store staff.
I am so happy that I have a Starbucks in my neighborhood. However, it seems as though there is all new staff. The workers seem uncoordinated at times and the customer service has declined in the morning shift. Please make changes as to how the breakfast items are presented. Not matter which location I go to, the breakfast sandwiches are always hastily placed into the bag. I'm left with an unappealing mess.

Friendly environment professional ? I gave a 4 on service because they were busy with numerous orders, and I don't think everyone was doing their part on helping things run smoothly. Not that the service was "BAD". I JUST felt for the ones probably feeling overwhelmed at times. Your doing great.
