Friendly environment professional ? I gave a 4 on service because they were busy with numerous orders, and I don't think everyone was doing their part on helping things run smoothly. Not that the service was "BAD". I JUST felt for the ones probably feeling overwhelmed at times. Your doing great.

The manager here is walking around, interrupting orders, loudly drawing attention to herself and being incredibly unprofessional. The wait here is long, everything is a mess and it’s obvious she is the reason why.

Of course, I came to the store by myself as a Japanese person and bought a latte and a mug, but the staff at the store were polite and accommodating even though I didn't understand the language.It was very comfortable.Thank you very much, store staff.
