I’ve read through the reviews and overall I agree, but you’ll still see the trend. It’s a one star or five star experience. Most seem to get it, that this is a welcoming spot where community is shared and service is personalized. And if you take a moment to deep dive the 1 star reviews you’ll see what I mean.
