I was really super happy this location was taken out of target but i have ordered 3 diff days even just ordering esspresso shots over ice and its wrong and if you ask for it to be remade sierra the manager cops an attitude shes so rude and unhappy all the time

Terrible service the manager Sierra is making drinks wrong on purpose because shes lazy putting in extra ice instead of filling with coffee. Brand new starbucks i had high hopes but with a manager who doesnt care leading new employees. Sad

I’ve read through the reviews and overall I agree, but you’ll still see the trend. It’s a one star or five star experience. Most seem to get it, that this is a welcoming spot where community is shared and service is personalized. And if you take a moment to deep dive the 1 star reviews you’ll see what I mean. Apparently Jessica AR has had an abundance of 1 star experiences…McDonald’s, Dental repair, auto salvage, several taqueria restaurants…heck, even Doublz couldn’t meet her expectations. Might be a common denominator there… All I can say is, I’m there a lot, and I appreciate the effort that is made daily to grow a healthy community of diverse people who share a moment of their day to laugh, talk about the game last night, their night out, or that sick Hellcat parked in two parking spaces out front. If you take the time to come by I’m confident you’ll see what I see, that this is a great spot to connect over coffee with people of all walks of life. Try a Honey Citrus mint tea (Sierra makes a good one) and see for yourself. Cheers!

Lunar Loft Candles
I came in here with a friend, and the drinks we got were great, however, one worker’s attitude towards her coworkers completely ruined the experience. She’s got long blonde hair and I think her name tag Sierra. The girl taking orders inside asked Sierra a question, and she answered with obvious attitude in her voice. What really sealed the deal was when the girl working the drive thru came over to ask Sierra about a drink, and Sierra raised her voice at her, saying that the drive-thru girl was going to “mess her up.” I felt so bad for the girl working the drive thru, she genuinely looked like she wanted to cry. Management genuinely needs to do something about this girl’s attitude because judging from the other one star review, i’m not the only one who has noticed. It doesn’t cost anything to treat others with respect.
