This morning (January 31) at 4:31 a.m. I ordered at this location via drive-thru. There was a mis-communication with my order. No big deal, we got it fixed via intercom system (so I thought). I get to the window and I realized I forgot to say no whip cream. I knocked on the window and was greeted by an African American woman and she tells me it’s not a problem (as she hadn’t finished the drink yet). Shout out to Bobbie ! I decided to stop by after putting gas at 7-Eleven Before class… Upon paying my card was declined and so was my Apple Pay. After which it notified me that the charge went through on my end, I called my bank just to be met with a 30 minute wait time for a rep. She ended up comping me and made my pistachio frappe. Thanks so much girl! Night class will go by that much more quickly now! You made my day???
