This morning (January 31) at 4:31 a.m. I ordered at this location via drive-thru. There was a mis-communication with my order. No big deal, we got it fixed via intercom system (so I thought). I get to the window and I realized I forgot to say no whip cream. I knocked on the window and was greeted by an African American woman and she tells me it’s not a problem (as she hadn’t finished the drink yet). She stops making my drink to take care of my food (presumed). The manager a white woman continued making my drink. The manager comes to the window to hand me my drink, however it’s a grande and not a venti. I tell her that I think and pretty sure I order a venti. She repeatedly tells me I did not order a venti. Finally she turns around to fix my drink and while walking back she mumbling under her breathe, shaking her head and forcibly grabbing a venti cub. I hear her tell the African American woman that “he said he ordered a venti”. The African American states “oh that is my fault”. The African American brings be my food and drink and I asked her to explain my drink in a little further detail due to the misunderstanding at the speaker. She explains it well and with no issues. I asked to speak with the other woman (I didn’t know she was a manager at the time) in which I hear her state “I don’t want to talk to him” then proceeds to come to the window. I thanked the African American for her patience and time for explaining the drink in further detail. To the manager, I said “I understand that you think it’s my fault with the grande/venti mishap, but I didn’t need the attitude” the managers responsed “ok”. I respond “I hope you have a blessed day” and drove away. At 5:07 a.m. I called the store in order to get the woman’s name. I asked who I was speaking with and she told me a name but I didn’t hear it. I asked to speak with a manager and she said speaking. I asked if there was only two people working, including herself. She said yes. I asked if she was the African American or the white woman. She said I’m the woman that made your drink (or something of that nature). I asked for her name and she refused. I said that is not how this works, if I ask for your name, your supposed to give it to me. She stated she didn’t feel comfortable since I was demanding her name (in which no shape or form did I physically demand her name). She also stated that they apologized and sent me on my way. I stated no ma’am you did not apologize, with a response given saying that her employee apologized (honestly I don’t think neither one of them did, and if the African American did, then I don’t remember). After multiple refusals again I stated I hope you have a blessed day. Ultimately she is trying to cover her own butt and not be held responsible for her actions this morning. The African American woman was sweet and extraordinary.

Shout out to Bobbie ! I decided to stop by after putting gas at 7-Eleven Before class… Upon paying my card was declined and so was my Apple Pay. After which it notified me that the charge went through on my end, I called my bank just to be met with a 30 minute wait time for a rep. She ended up comping me and made my pistachio frappe. Thanks so much girl! Night class will go by that much more quickly now! You made my day???

Waited 30 minutes for a hot chocolate. Never got it. Had to leave and waste $5. This location sucks.

The staff here was very friendly and worked together. I was very indecisive, and they were very patient.

Staff were quick, and register clerk was cheery. Drinks were done according the normal Starbucks flavors. Food was ok, in general food at Starbucks is poor, and this one was not different - the selection and type corporate has aligned for stores is basically microwave sandwiches and pastries - nothing fresh like other coffee/pastry chains.Bathrooms were locked, and no instructions on how to use them.

Place is so busy. They have no time to clean or wipe tables when someone leaves before the next person sits down. They are fast in getting your drinks. Of course they are pricey.

The line is always wrapped and it takes 45 mins to get an order you already ordered prior on the app. If you don’t want to spend an hour here, don’t bother. It doesn’t matter what time of day. They hardly get your order right.

I have been in this location twice in as many weeks. The business appears to be poorly badly managed and the staff is inattentive and badly trained regarding their attention to serving the customers who walk in.The staff is fully engaged in conversations and tasks as opposed to their customer, while their conversations have nothing to do with work. The music playing is also entirely too loud to have a conversation with those behind the counter, or those who are in the seating area.Definitely not worth time or price of admission.

The store was extremely busy. Terrible location, no room to turn into parking lot while drive thru is so busy. I do love getting my Starbucks, which was much needed for a long drive back to Indiana.
