I ordered my food vía a mobile app several minutes before I arrived to pick up my order. When I arrived the dining room doors were locked. So, I went to the drive thru to pick up. At that point, I was told that the entire system was down and no transactions could occur. I didn't know if this occurred before I ordered from home or after. stayed in Hampton Inn and walked over for a late snack. the place was immaculately clean, the management was very very nice to us. kudos to an establishment that is very well managed.
