Burger Restaurants near Newbern

“I made my order I should have got two burgers I only got one called back in and told him I got one set for another 10 minutes finally they come out and not explain to him what it was then go back in 5 minutes later they bring it out 87 cents and change okay I call back and got a manager come out she comes out said they thought I didn't get my changes no more I didn't get my burger this is stupid another 10 minutes later I finally get a burger and they didn't make me pay for it they just give him extra one stupid“

“This place is like everywhere after the pandemic...it's open but the set back has a hold, and nobody seems to be able to break away and get back to our normal. Seriously, it's as if we have gone back 10-15 years in business operations.“

“The food is excellent. Worth the wait, but if you have a hungry toddler you know how it is with an extended wait on food. We were the only customers at the time that didn’t have our food, they rest were single men up at the bar part already had been served. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for our meals, and then we sat and sat and sat and waited for our check. We were not asked once if we wanted refills .. so service needs to be improved. The food is so yummy though so we will give it another go.“

“The people there were very loving and had good hospitality,the food was amazing and hot and you know it’s hot when the cheese is good and melted?.I didn’t see anyone touch my food directly which is a good thing .I was even willing to give a tip but you know things high now a days?.everyone was well dressed and the environment was clean. the rooms energy was positive I even decided to dine in.before I left I even thanked them on the good tasty food and for being so nice?.Kid-friendliness: The kids love the hats it makes them feel royal ?“

“My favorite bbq of all time...I used to live on Shelby Drive for many years and we used to order a family pack of bbq a couple times a month at least .... sadly now I live in North Dakota and there aren't any legit bbq restaurants up here . I miss y'all so much ?... would y'all be able to ship me a family pack up this way !? ?“
